Nagpur ,Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri&Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune, Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Mangaateraho is not responsible for any octroi payments.
It’s important for you to know our products well before you return them. Most products are traditional crafts and made by artisans using traditional techniques. Thus, a variation in weaving, stitching, beading etc. shall not be considered as a defect. It is this variation which enhances the uniqueness of every product.
A slight variation in color may also be possible due to digital photography.
Considering all the above factors, we are happy to offer free return if
you have received a damaged, defective or if a wrong product is shipped
(which we assure will never happen) subject to boutique verifying the
damage. You need to get back to our customer care through phone/email
within 7 days of receipt of damaged/defective or goods not meeting
description. Items when returned to the boutique should be received
