  How do I shop on Mangaateraho?

  You can shop with Mangaateraho in many different ways until you find something that you are really looking for.

  You can also search for products by name or brand. Just enter the type of product (e.g. kurti, curtain, beds sheet) or the brand name (e.g. Suvassa, Kalaniketan, Gulabchand) and we will find you everything related to your specific search Once you have found what you want follow these simple steps to complete the buying process
  Click the “Add To Cart” button on the product page
  Enter your name, e-mail ID and shipping details and click continue
  Review your order summary & click on “Proceed to pay”
  Select your payment mode (Credit card, Debit card, Net-banking)

   Through “My Account”, you can update your account or view your order status anytime of the day. You can

  How do I know my purchase is complete?

  Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Mangaateraho will send a confirmation mail for your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team and details of the item/s you have ordered.

  How do I make the payment for a product that I purchase on Mangaateraho website?

  We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Bank Transfer.

  Is it safe to shop at Mangaateraho?

  Yes, shopping at Mangaateraho is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on Mangaateraho are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks.

  Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This 3D Secure password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet. This makes your online transaction on Mangaateraho extremely safe and secure.

  I received my order, but I am missing an item?

  Please note that your order can come in several shipments as each boutique ships your order    separately. If after receiving all of the boxes, you are still missing an item, please email us at info@Mangaateraho.com.

  Are the products I purchase on Mangaateraho covered by a warranty / guarantee?

  At Mangaateraho, we work hard to select only reputable brands / shops and vendors for you. If they offer a Warranty on a product, we pass on the same to you. It’s exactly the same as if you were buying products in a shopping mall or from local shops

  How will the delivery be done?

  We have partnered with reputed couriers FEDEX, DTDC and First Flight to process our shipments.

  How soon can I expect the order delivery?
  Our endeavor is to deliver you at the earliest. The estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders once we have received your payment confirmation.   What locations does Mangaateraho ship to?

  We deliver items to domestic as well as international locations. However there are few pin codes that we don’t service yet in domestic and we ship to limited countries internationally. Please get in touch with us at info@Mangaateraho.com for more information on shipping locations.

  What are the delivery charges?

  They are applicable according to the products.

  I am asked by the courier company to pay Octroi. What should I Do?

  Nagpur ,Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri&Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune, Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Mangaateraho is not responsible for any octroi payments.

  What is Mangaateraho return/exchange policy?

  It’s important for you to know our products well before you return them. Most products are traditional crafts and made by artisans using traditional techniques. Thus, a variation in weaving, stitching, beading etc. shall not be considered as a defect. It is this variation which enhances the uniqueness of every product.

  A slight variation in color may also be possible due to digital photography.
  
  Considering all the above factors, we are happy to offer free return if you have received a damaged, defective or if a wrong product is shipped (which we assure will never happen) subject to boutique verifying the damage. You need to get back to our customer care through phone/email within 7 days of receipt of damaged/defective or goods not meeting description. Items when returned to the boutique should be received along with tag, packing material.
