Agrawal's 420 Achar Masala is a blend of fresh aromatic spices that can be ground together and stored for few months. It is a spice mix that you may use to prepare a condiment that includes mangoes as well. RECEIPE : Cut small pieces of 600g raw mangoes or for mixed pickle cut pieces of lemon, carrot, ginger, green chilli, gonad, karonda etc. In these pieces mix the packet of AGRAWAL'S 420 MASALA (200 gm). Now pour 200g mustard oil in this mixture and mix thoroughly. Tasty, spicy pickle is ready to eat.
